Terms of Service

These terms govern access to our storefront, customer accounts, orders, payments and related services.

Effective: 02/03/2024 Customer-first transparency

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and Matjar Al Muslimeen, trading as Matjar Al Muslimeen, at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract or use the services under the supervision of an authorised parent or guardian.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep login credentials confidential.
  • Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorised.
  • Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person or use payment information without authority.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, legal rights or platform security.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices and availability. Screen colours, handmade variation, packaging changes and reasonable manufacturing differences may occur. Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products, variants, promotions and stock remain subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart or wishlist does not reserve it.

4. Prices, promotions and taxes

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping, COD, gift-wrap, tax or other charges are shown during checkout before confirmation.

Coupon codes and promotions may have eligibility, minimum-order, timing, product and non-combination conditions. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before dispatch, in which case we will offer the corrected purchase or cancellation and refund of amounts collected.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm or dispatch the order, subject to payment verification, stock, serviceability and fraud checks.

We may cancel or limit an order for genuine stock, pricing, payment, delivery, compliance or suspected-abuse reasons. If we cancel after collecting payment, the collected amount for the cancelled portion will be refunded through the applicable process.

6. Payments, delivery and risk

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their additional terms may apply. Cash on delivery may be restricted by location, order value, risk checks or prior account activity.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may result from courier operations, weather, public events, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Risk in the product passes according to applicable law and confirmed delivery circumstances.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation eligibility depends on order status. After dispatch, the return process may apply instead. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property and reviews

The website, branding, layout, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable rights. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes only.

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for operating and promoting the storefront, subject to applicable privacy law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or caused by matters outside our reasonable control.

Our liability will be determined under applicable law and the facts of the relevant order. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, faults or events beyond reasonable control.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer forums and other non-excludable rights, courts at Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current effective date appears above. Questions may be sent to support@matjaralmuslimeen.com.
